Celebrate the arrival of spring with an evening inspired by fresh flavors, blooming fields, and beautifully paired craft cider. This special seasonal dinner highlights bright, garden-driven cuisine thoughtfully matched with Henway Hard Cider selections. 

A Fresh Four-Course Spring Experience
Savor a chef-crafted four-course menu designed around the flavors of the season — think crisp greens, tender herbs, citrus accents, spring vegetables, and light, refreshing finishes. Each course is expertly paired with a distinctive Henway Hard Cider, showcasing how bright acidity, subtle sweetness, and orchard character complement spring’s freshest ingredients.

Tulips & Terroir
Before dinner, stroll through the tulip fields and hand-pick your own bouquet. It’s the perfect way to welcome the season — gathering colorful blooms while enjoying the orchard views that inspire every cider we craft. Spring on the farm is more than a meal; it’s an experience rooted in agriculture, beauty, and community.

Evening Itinerary

  • Welcome Beverage: Begin with a refreshing spring-inspired cider cocktail upon arrival.

  • Tulip Picking: Wander the fields to take photos or select your own tulips to take home, $1.50 per stem. (Picking may vary on peak bloom impacted by weather) 

  • Four-Course Dinner: Enjoy a seasonal menu highlighting fresh spring ingredients, each paired with a curated Henway Hard Cider. 

  • Cider Storytelling: Learn about the orchard, the harvest, and how spring flavors influence our craft.

Reserve Your Seat
Tickets are $65.00 per guest, plus tax and gratuity. Your reservation includes the four-course dinner, paired ciders, tulip picking experience, an exceptional value for a full sensory celebration of spring.

First Course: Cheese Plate

Local and imported cheeses with artisan spreads


Second Course: Kale and orange Salad

Rainbow Kale with mandarin oranges, shaved brussel sprouts, and napa cabbage


Third Course: Choice of:

Smoked Chicken quarter served over brown rice & red quinoa with fresh asparagus

Grilled Bone-in Pork Chop served over brown rice & red quinoa with fresh asparagus

Vegetable Medley of peppers, onions, squash, and asparagus served over brown rice


Fourth Course: Four Layer Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake 

Lemon, Raspberry, whipped topping, cheesecake, honey graham cracker


Our farm is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains and about an hour out of D.C. Extend your stay in Bluemont, VA at one of our cottage accommodations.
